Freedom Ignited is a high-energy, military-forward celebration of community and country taking over the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds in Dothan, Alabama, on May 16. This day-to-night event benefits the DAV, VFW, and MWR and brings together food vendors, Touch-A-Truck experiences, helicopters from Ft. Rucker, Friends of Ft. Rucker Huey rides, and Live bands throughout the day. As the sun sets, the sky comes alive with a fireworks demonstration followed by a massive, can’t-miss fireworks spectacular that serves as the grand finale. Freedom Ignited is where patriotism, family fun, and explosive entertainment collide for one unforgettable night.
100% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program.
